Work with us
Whichever path you choose, the build is identical: the full FranWerks system, feasibility through Discovery Day. The difference is how it's paid for — and how much of the risk we carry with you.
The Direct Path
The classic engagement, done the way it should be done: one accountable team, an itemized quote, and a schedule you can hold us to.
Pricing is itemized and milestone-based — you see every line before you sign, and payments track deliverables, not the calendar. Your quote follows a free feasibility conversation, because an honest number requires knowing where you're starting from.
The Partner Path — by application
Each year we take on a small number of brands we believe in strongly enough to invest our own work in. On the Partner Path, we carry most of the build cost ourselves — your out-of-pocket drops to roughly the hard legal and filing costs — and we earn our share from the growth we create together. If your franchises don't succeed, we don't either.
What we look for: proven unit economics, a concept that's genuinely hard to copy, operations a motivated stranger could learn, and a founder we'd bet on. That bar is high on purpose — it's our own work we're investing.
Why trust us with this? Because we've built franchise brands before — from the FDD to the Discovery Days — as operators, not advisors. Who's behind FranWerks →
Fair questions
No. You remain the owner and the franchisor; the brand is yours and stays yours. Our share comes from the franchise growth we build together — structured case by case, reviewed by your attorney, and never a takeover of your operating business. If a structure doesn't feel right to you, we don't do it.
Because we're selective, and because it changes our incentives — in your favor. A firm paid entirely up front gets paid whether your franchise works or not. We'd rather pick a few brands we believe in and be paid from results. It's why our feasibility answer is honest: talking you into a weak franchise would cost us money.
That's fine — plenty of owners want a simple fee engagement and full ownership of every result, and the Direct Path is built for exactly that. If down the road you want us deeper in the boat for the growth phase, we can talk then.
Then we'll say so — specifically, not vaguely. You'll get the honest list of what to fix and roughly what fixing it involves. Several of the best franchise stories start with a "not yet" and a year of focused work.
Start with the ten-question assessment — it's the first thing we'd ask you anyway.
