The process
Every franchise development firm claims a "proven process." Here's ours, in public — what happens each week, and the deliverable that proves it happened. This is the schedule you can hold us to.
Phase 1 — Build · Weeks 1–16
Before anything gets built, we prove the math. Can a stranger, paying a franchise fee and a royalty, still make a return worth their life savings? If the answer is no, the project stops here — and you'll know exactly why.
Deliverables: franchisability report · unit-level P&L model with royalty load · go / no-go recommendation
The decisions that shape the next decade: territory model, franchise fee, royalty and marketing-fund rates, single-unit versus multi-unit strategy, and what the franchisor organization needs to look like as it grows.
Deliverables: territory & fee structure · five-year growth model · franchisor org plan
Your Franchise Disclosure Document — all 23 items — and franchise agreement, drafted in coordination with experienced franchise attorneys. We manage the process and the timeline; counsel owns the law. You're never guessing what's in your own documents.
Deliverables: complete FDD · franchise agreement · disclosure & compliance calendar
The difference between selling franchises and building a franchise company. We turn how your business actually runs into systems a motivated stranger can execute: the manual, the training program, and the playbook that opens their first location.
Deliverables: operations manual · franchisee training program · location opening playbook · brand standards
Built before you need it, so week 17 isn't spent scrambling: the franchise sales kit, the discovery process a candidate walks through, the CRM and nurture sequences that make sure no inquiry dies in an inbox, and the Discovery Day agenda itself.
Deliverables: franchise sales kit · candidate discovery process · CRM + nurture sequences · Discovery Day design
Audited financials coordinated, state filings submitted, and the launch checklist worked to zero. When this phase closes, you are legally able to offer and sell franchises.
Deliverables: state registrations filed · compliance file · launch checklist, complete
Phase 2 — Grow · Week 17 onward
Campaigns built for your concept and buyer profile — not a listing tossed on a portal and forgotten. Budgets, channels, and cost-per-lead reviewed with you monthly, in numbers.
Franchise candidates take months to decide, and most firms lose them in week two. Every inquiry gets a response within one business day, a temperature score, and a nurture path that keeps serious candidates warm without pestering them.
Qualified candidates move through financial verification, education on your model, validation conversations, and finally a Discovery Day we design and run with you — the day they meet the brand, and you decide if they belong in it. Award and onboarding handoff follow for the right ones. You approve every award; it's your brand.
Every week: leads in, response times, candidates by stage, next actions. If the machine stalls, you'll see it the same week we do — not at a quarterly review.
Schedule assumes a single-concept build and a responsive working relationship; franchise registration states can add several weeks of state review time. You'll get your own dated schedule before you sign anything.
Start with the assessment, or just start the conversation.
